Hong Kong, August 22, 2025 — China Renaissance Holdings Limited (“China Renaissance” or “CR,” Stock Code: 1911.HK) today announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with YZi Labs Management Ltd (“YZi Labs”) to advance the development of BNB and the BNB Chain ecosystem.

This partnership follows China Renaissance’s announcement on June 26, 2025, outlining its digital asset investment strategy and Web3 expansion roadmap. Under the new agreement, China Renaissance will leverage its financial expertise to support the BNB Chain ecosystem, while gaining access to high-quality projects and investment opportunities within the network.

With this initiative, China Renaissance becomes the first Hong Kong–listed company to allocate BNB as a proprietary digital asset.

Key Areas of Collaboration

Proprietary Investment in BNBChina Renaissance plans to allocate approximately US$100 million into BNB as part of its proprietary holdings, reflecting its recognition of BNB Chain’s value and potential. As the native token of one of the world’s most widely used blockchains, BNB powers transactions (as gas), secures governance, and connects developers and applications across the ecosystem.

Development of Digital Asset Financial ProductsChina Renaissance will collaborate with ChinaAMC (Hong Kong) to develop fund-based and Web3-related financial products. The firm also plans to facilitate the listing of BNB on at least one Hong Kong SFC-licensed virtual asset exchange by the end of 2025. All product design and processes will strictly comply with SFC requirements, with an emphasis on risk management and market transparency.

Establishment of an RWA FundTogether with YZi Labs, China Renaissance will establish a multi-hundred-million-dollar Real World Asset (RWA) fund, focused on tokenizing and enabling on-chain circulation of traditional assets such as real estate, bonds, and commodities. By combining YZi Labs’ digital asset expertise with China Renaissance’s strengths in issuance and compliance, the fund aims to accelerate adoption of stablecoin and RWA use cases among Hong Kong–listed companies.

Strategic Significance

Through this partnership, China Renaissance is not only pioneering BNB adoption among Hong Kong–listed firms but also taking a central role in bridging blockchain with traditional finance. Working alongside YZi Labs, the firm aims to shape institutional pathways for digital asset adoption — from compliant product development to enterprise-level RWA applications — creating meaningful synergies between the two ecosystems.

Ms. Hui Yin Ching, Chairperson and Executive Director of China Renaissance, said: “Our strategic partnership with YZi Labs is a critical step in deepening China Renaissance’s digital asset strategy and extending our longstanding expertise in new economy financial services. This initiative accelerates the broader adoption of BNB and positions us at the forefront of Web3 integration into financial markets.”

She added:  “This collaboration is designed not only to drive wider BNB adoption and ecosystem consensus, but also to integrate digital assets into our core financial services, investment banking, and investment businesses. By combining our established strengths in traditional finance with YZi Labs’ leadership in Web3, we aim to build a bridge between the traditional economy and the digital future.”
