YZi Labs is launching a global hackathon to empower builders in AI and blockchain-powered fintech. The initiative includes a one-day, in-person event in San Francisco and an extended virtual hackathon.

YZi Labs is collaborating with Silicon Valley-based hacker house AGI House to host the one-day, in-person hackathon on 12 April 2025. The event will take place at the prestigious $68 million mansion in San Francisco Bay Area, bringing together top builders to develop next-generation AI and blockchain-powered fintech solutions. A highlight of the event will be a special virtual address from CZ—join us for the chance to interact with him and ask founder-related questions!

To expand access beyond Silicon Valley, YZi Labs is also teaming up with its portfolio company, global hackathon organizer, DoraHacks, to run a virtual hackathon. This will extend the in-person experience and give builders worldwide the opportunity to participate and showcase their ideas. The virtual hackathon will run from 13 to 27 April, with judging taking place from 28 April to 4 May.

Participants will leverage blockchain and AI technologies to design efficient, user-friendly financial products to tackle real-world fintech challenges, including:
