EASY Residency Season 2 Goes Global for Builders in Web3, AI & Biotech

EASY Residency Season 2 is here. And this time, it’s global.

Aiming to help founders do more with less, YZi Labs created EASY Residency with a core belief: when founders immersively focus on building, breakthroughs happen.

What’s New in EASY Residency S2

EASY Residency S1 brought together 20+ global teams, 50+ founders, and 15+ mentors across Web3, AI, and biotech.

With S2, we’re doubling down on the promise of helping founders – with more capital, more mentors, and more reach. Furthermore, S2 will bring BNB Chain’s MVB program together, creating one unified incubation program to support: :

  • Early startup founders in Web3, AI, and biotech solving crucial, real-world problems
  • Builders on BNB Chain looking for technical and go-to-market support

From there, we activate global satellites in San Francisco, New York, and Singapore.

Each location builds local energy. 

And all of it connects into one shared network – EASY Residency, for founders solving hard problems.

What Founders will Get Attending S2

The residency will run October 6 to December 5, with: 

  • Weekly workshops and guest lectures
  • IRL community events in each city
  • Final Demo Day on the center stage during BBW - Binance Blockchain Week

Founders accepted into the program will unlock a range of benefits:

  • Investment from YZi Labs. Selected startups will receive up to $500k, structured as:
    • $150,000 for 5% equity (plus other rights if applicable) in the form of a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE).
    • An additional $350,000 on an uncapped SAFE.
  • Mentorship from top operators, investors, and founders
  • Access to YZi Labs' global network of investors, community, and portfolio companies
  • Go-to-market support, technical resources, and deep ecosystem education
